u-boot改变目标路径

1st:  设置好板后开始编译时带上O选项，即目标的存放路径。 exa: make lh79525_config; make O=~/Target  all
2nd: 无须每次都用命令行设置输出路径，直接放在环境变量中 export BUILD_DIR=~/Target, 设置此环境可以放在用户profile
