We did this using t-shirt sizing of about 110 epics that PM has listed as necessary to win against the competition.
· XS: A scrum team will need about half a sprint
· S: A scrum team will need about a sprint.
· M: A scrum team will need about two sprints
· L: A scrum team will need about 5 sprints.
· XL: A scrum team will need about 8 sprints.
