What I think would help (or will continue to help) each of team member and PD succeed in current projects, upcoming endeavors, and possible significant growth in PD size in the future.
1）Be customer focused (internal and external), ensure quality in what you are providing to them
2）Work smart and passionately
3）Have pride and ownership of your work
4）Be a team, support and mentor each other, trust one another, but also hold each other accountable
5）Communicate a lot and honestly
6）Have a bias towards simplicity (in requirements, in processes, solutions, communication, etc)
