1、介绍

近来云计算越来越热门了，云计算已经被看作 IT 业的新趋势，Weblogic Ve作为Oracle Weblogic中间件平台的虚拟化技术之一而被广为关注。

2、WebLogic VE特性

WebLogic VE不包涵标准WebLogic Server的如下特性：

1. Web Server Plug-ins

2. JDKs

3. Performance Packs

4. Native Code

WebLogic VE不支持如下功能：

1. 不支持在Windows平台上使用Image Tool进行physical-to-virtual domain的迁移合并操作。

2. Image Tool只能修改没有运行的Weblogic Server的配置文件。

3. 不能设置操作系统参数 (for example, setting OS-level network

4. parameters, virtual hardware resources, turn JVM management beans on/off, turn

5. the SSHD service on/off, etc.)。

6. 在online模式上(server running), 对WebLogic Server VM文件系统的存取需要通过内置的SSHD服务进行。

7. 不支持整个Server的迁移和JMS相关服务的迁移。

8. 在WebLogic Server VM中只能运行一个进程。因此Configuration Wizard和Pointbase DB不能在WebLogic Server VM中运行。

3、安装Oracle VM Server

刻录完Oracle VM Server引导CD后。按照以下说明安装 Oracle VM：

1. 出现标题为“Oracle VM Server”的引导屏幕后，按下ENTER键启动安装过程。

2. 接下来，可以选择在安装前测试CD介质。此处应首选OK，以免因CD受损或刻录问题而中断安装过程。

3. 在语言选择窗口中选择English，然后按下OK继续。接下来，选择键盘型号或接受默认值。

4. 分区(采用自动分区方式)。

5. 设置正确的IP地址。

6. 选择时区。

7. 设置Oracle VM Agent口令。

8. 设置root口令。

9. 等待安装过程完成。

4、安装Weblogic VE

1. 解压Weblogic VE压缩包。

2. 修改wlsve.xml（见下表）。

3. java -jar wlsveimagetool.jar -r vm.cfg set config wlsve.xml，使用imgtools修改weblogic Ve的磁盘镜像文件。

4. xm create -c vm.cfg，启动Weblogic VE。

启动前需要确认NFS server已经正常配置并启动。

/etc/exports文件中加入：

/OVS/johnyin/NFS 192.168.180.111(rw,sync,no_root_squash)
