In China, Class A cities like Shanghai can offer Nanjing. In the US, however, gras do not necessarily need to move to a class a city to find Class A opportunities.
 
Therefore, US graduates can be more selective about where they want to live. They don't need to work in the biggest cities - New York, Los Angeles and Chicago - to earn a comfortable salary and have fun about work.
