They're choosing to move to cities with vibrant nightlife and recreational options - sometimes even before receiving a job offer.
The top draw, according to the report, is Seattle, where more than 51 percent of all city residents over the age of 25 hold bachelor's degrees or better. San Francisco; Raleigh, North Carolina; Washington, DC; and Austin, Texas followed Seattle.
Brian Surratt has been working in Seattle for seven years. He mvoed to the city after graduating. "I picked up a magazine and read that Seattle was the most livable place in the country," he told the Seattle Times newspaper. "I was young and single. It was definitely a lifestyle choice."
