Kitchen is a modern British twist on a French brasserie.
True to its ethos, the restaurant uses the very best locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible. Classic Toms Sko Oslo Kitchen dishes including the Spicy Crab Cake, Seven Hour Confit Lamb and Truffled Macaroni Cheese remain on the menu alongside changing, seasonal dishes such as Spatchcock Baby Chicken with BBQ sauce, cucumber salsa and Haddock with sweet corn fritter, parsley and girolles. Puddings include the famed Baked Alaska to share and Milk Chocolate Mousse Profiteroles.
Daily Specials - Kitchen believes in making the most of the seasons, so the menu changes accordingly, bringing the best each season has to offer.
Breakfast is big at Toms Sko Oslo Kitchen, dishes include Eggs Royale, Crisp Belgian Waffles with blueberry compote, chantilly cream, plus Homemade Granola with honey and Greek yoghurt.
And weekend brunch is a must. Highlights include a Grilled Open Steak Sandwich with watercress, tomatoes, shallot rings and Blueberry Pancakes with maple syrup.
Adjacent to the main restaurant is Toms Sko Oslo Kitchen Deli, which offers an array of homemade seasonal sandwiches, soups, hotpots and salads perfect for guests on the go.

The concise, well-chosen wine list offers much to excite the palate including the Toms Sko Oslo Kitchen house label biodynamic wine produced for the brand by Chateau La Coste estate. Also on offer is a selection of craft beers from Whistable Bay and Three Daggers Brewery.
