  1. Send
    • Create a readable title
    • Make sure message body is correct, concise, and covers all topics you want to state
    • Before sending out, review message body, and then confirm receiver(s) & attachment(s) are correct/present
  2. Read
    • Read Email at the specific time
    • If you are direct receiver of message, read it
    • If you are in CC list, just have a glance to see if it is related to you, if so, read it
    • If message is important, back it up immediately
  3. Mark & Back up
    • Add lebel
    • Add start mark
    • Create folders to group messages, then you can copy/move messages to correcponding folder
    • Save message as a file
    • Print message
  4. Search
    • Simple search
      Search messages according to title, receiver, title or receiver, receiver or forward, the whole message
    • Advanced search
      • Search person in Contacts
      • Search messages according to compond condition
    • xxx
  5. Reminder
    • Create a Reminder at the scheduled time
  6. Filter
    • Create a Filter to execute the specified operations (such as auto-replay) for the specific kinds of messages.
