We already have enough laws and regulations; the problem is that they are not implemented properly.
1. The new law is a good step, but far from enough. Unless an agency is created to implement and enforce it, some employer will always find ways and get away with it.
2. who decides which jobs are fit for women and which aren't? How do we make sure those decisions are just and equitable? unless these questions are answered satisfacorily, the new law will make little difference.
3. Real life is more complicated than the law allows. There will always be situations in which the law fails to adequtely protect women's rights. In such cases we need a strong government agency to make the final decisions, not just a new law.
