MAC端的SGMII。SGMII自协商时，PHY发送连接状态，MAC只能应答，所以PHY为master，MAC为slave。

2、本人实际在环境上验证：
测试仪产品，2个端口对接，都是sgmii模式，一端为master模式，另外一端必须是slave，才能link up
