《Felon》

住在Marriot Nanning，享受完“单人私家”泳池后回到房间开着电视边看边上网，电视频道一直在HBO，想起来每次出差都HBO陪着到午夜到凌晨，已经是凌晨4：00点多，看完《Felon》有很多感慨，居然完全没了睡意跑来网上一定要找到这部片子，BINGO！找到了。原来是Stephen Dorff 2008年的作品——一个家庭至上的男人为保护家人，防卫过当杀死夜闯民宅的盗贼，结果警察来收尸，顺便把妻儿心中的英雄带走。非常纯熟地把好男人的形象用再平凡不过的生活细节表现出来，经过细微的铺垫，一个急转弯，又流畅地把余下的故事带进监狱里作为正文续写。。。

:: Synopsis
A loving family man with a promising future, Wade Porter (Stephen Dorff) suddenly loses everything when he accidentally kills the burglar who broke into his home. Convicted of involuntary manslaughter, Wade is sentenced to spend the next three years inside a maximum security facility where the rules of society no longer apply. Forced to share a cell with a notorious mass murderer (Val Kilmer) and subjected to brutal beatings orchestrated by the sadistic head prison guard (Harold Perrineau), Wade soon realizes he's in for the fight of his life and must become the thoughest Felon of them all if he's to survive the block. For what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. And in state prison, only the strongest will survive.

如果说《肖申克的救赎》是教人立志的话，（真没觉得有多经典，可能是因为先看的越狱后看的肖）《FELON》就是教你如何做一个男人。

网上中文名翻过来是《监狱故事》，个人觉得这个名字对整个电影来说有点小气了。演员都不是大牌，仅有的几个眼熟的也是演电视剧出身的。不过女主角很漂亮，演技也挺好，查了下真名Marisol Nichols，像我老婆。

片中的主要人物之一john smith因连杀多人被判终身监禁，别人问他你到底杀了多少人，他说16还是17，记不清楚了。后来才知道，是因为他的老婆跟7岁的女儿被两个人残忍的杀害后又被肢解，于是，“i wanna those two punks to experience what i did, i wanna them to know the unimagineable and i gave them that. i killed every member of their families. Their bloodline wiped clean.”

而主人公Porter同样是为了保护自己的家庭免受入室偷盗者的侵害而过失杀人，使得本来正慢慢走向正规的家庭突遭不测。

《FELON》让我知道了作为一个男人，在他的家庭最需要他的时候，无论采取什么方式都要站出来。
对社会，对家庭，对朋友，对自己，对一切的一切我们应该有坚守的原则。做个忠诚的人，做个正直的人，就像wade走出监狱大门时留下的话一样。“做一个好人，更要找好的人做你的朋友”。

为为了自己破碎的家庭而终身不得出狱的John Smith鼓掌；

为为了尽早出狱而意志坚定的Wade Porter鼓掌；

为几经反复最终选择为丈夫守候的LAURA鼓掌；

引用曾经希望被判死刑没能如愿，最终为了保护PORTER而身亡的JOHN SMITH留给PORTER的一段话做结束：
