Prepared by Jeremy Rameka, head chef at the beach bungalow Pacifica Restaurant in Napier, our meal included chorizo-crusted egg, oyster mushrooms, pate, asparagus puree, oxtail-and-beef brisket rissoles, braised ox cheek, cauliflower. Dessert was smoked white chocolate.
