摘要：

在当今拉动式的生产模式下，消费者的需求显得尤为重要，要想满足消费者变化的需求，越来越多的企业实现了JIT方法进行生产管理，企业与企业之间的竞争也转变成了供应链与供应链之间的竞争。那么构建适合本企业的供应链，选择适合本企业的合作伙伴已成为企业不得不思考的问题。本文主要通过AHP分析合作伙伴的选择。

Abstract：

In today's pull production model, consumer demand is particularly important, in order to meet the changing needs of consumers, more and more companies realize the JIT methods of production management, the competition between enterprises is also converted into competition in the supply chain and supply chain.
