To record a Macro, please input the command "q" with the Macro name. For instance, if you want to create a new Macro to insert 8 spaces, you can firstly input the command "qi". This will start to record the macro. And then just do as usual to insert 8 spaces. At last input the command "q" to end the recording. Now, you can use the macro '@i' to repeat the task of inserting 8 spaces.
