Red Star is widely used in cement clinker calcination in cement production. Cement clinker calcination is usually fall into dry production and wet production. Thereby, rotary kilns include dry rotary kiln and wet rotary kiln. 

Structure of rotary kiln:
The rotary kiln produced by Zhengzhou Red Star is rather universal being used in . Mainly it consists of hovel, tire and roller step wheel. 1. Hovel: the thickness of hovel steel board produced by our company is about 40mm, inside which is a layer of refractory bricks with thickness 20 mm. And the quality of refractory brick will without doubt affect rotary kiln service life. About one-meter cone inlet chamber equipped at the end of rotary kiln, so that materials can smoothly entry into it. 2. Tire: bearing, tire and supporting roller wheel are used to support rotary kiln. In order to reduce hovel thermal radiation on tire and prevent tugboat overheated, we add a separator between tugboat and tire. Generally, rotary has two or three tugboats. 3. Roller step wheel is a limit switch that control rotary kiln low drafting or high drafting.
Other applications:
In addition to cement production application, rotary kiln can also be used to magnetize lean magnetite ore and magnetized roasting of iron ore;   Chromium, nickel-iron-oxidizing roasting; roasting high bauxite ore in refractory plant and roasting clinker and aluminium hydroxide in aluminum factory; roasting chromium ore and chromium ore mineral in chemical plant. If seen from opposite side, there are two situations making the boards produce large force during crusher operation. Owing to low speed, liquid lubrication is replaced by boundary lubrication. Sometimes, the inappropriate contact can produce localized contact, which increases pressure, destroys lubrication conditions and makes wear worse.
