Plat ring magnetic sepatator adopts ring chain to form a closed circulation,
copper tube of coil to form a low voltage strong current, cold water to calm
down tempreture and gear board as separation medium. Plat ring is composed of feeding device, concentrate ore and medium ore
rinse device, separation middlings turn ring, magnetic department, answer the
ore device, gearing and dc power supply. Novel as the structure is, magnetic
department consists of concentric rings inside and outside magnetic strength,
radial iron core and coil. The spindle is located in the center of the ring
closed magnetic circuit and no magnetic lines through. The coil is made by the
22 × 15 × 2 mm square brass around and each of the outer core coil are 33 turns
and the inner core coil 66 turns, which close to the pole. The coil cooling uses
cold water, have features of good cooling effect, low cost and no noise.

SHP wet high intensity magnetic
separator is also known as double-disc intensity magnetic separator, which is in
imitated from abroad Jones (JONES) based on magnetic machine information and
many a trial.
On the steel frame where equipped with two U-shaped yoke, in
the horizontal part of which is the excitation coil. It uses the axial fan for
forced cooling. The sorting disc above and below are installed in the vertical
center axis. The disc is rotating between the two opposite poles, constitute a
closed circuit through the U-shaped yoke magnetic pole and the two selected
discs. And the two separation plates are the main magnetic circuit. Around disks
are 17 sorting rooms, which are equipped with multi-layer assembled magnetic
tooth plate, called induction magnetic pole. A rope the mine tube is on the
disc, below which is pick mine shafts. The mine mouth is installed at the
corresponding parts in the rope mine.
Vertical ring (φ800 mm) and wet high
intensity magnetic separator consists of a metal ring, which is vertical
rotating between the two poles. In the lower magnetic field, the pulp is given
into the ring from the lower part of the ring to the mine through the ring round
screen grate. The weakly magnetic mineral particles adhere to the surface of the
medium ring and rotation with the ring and then promoted to the top of weak
intensity field, and finally washed into the concentrate tank by the
high-pressure water. Non-magnetic mineral particles which are free from the
magnetic force flow into the tailings slot through the gap dielectric
sphere.
