Ever advanced magnetic performance introduction

Magnetic separator is one of the most universal machine for construction industry, which is used for deironing in powder. Magnetic separator is widely used for resources recycling in wooden materials, mining industry, kiln, chemistry and food, etc. It applied to dry or wet magnetic separation with materials particle size under 3mm, such as magnetic iron ore, Magnetic pyrite mine, baking and titanium iron, coal, nonmetal ore and construction materials. In most cases, the magnetic system of magnetic separator made from the composition of High quality ferrite materials and magnets, the average magnetic induction of which is 800-4000mT. Since the technological development, now the magnetic sepatator can be made  into rollor shape up to 8000mT, which is the highest magnetic induction at present.
Sorts of magnetic separators:
There are a variety of magnetic separators, in a whole, that can be sorted into disk dry magnetic separator, flat ring magnetic separator, SHP and vertical wet magnetic sepatator.
Disk dry magnetic sepatator
This type machine is the main ore dressing equipment which is most commonly used for iron ore separation and manganese ore sepatation. Dry magnetic separator can be sorted into one tubular three rollers dry machine, two tubulars two rollers MS and tubular roller MS. DD is widely used in fine reselection of weak magnetic ore and of rare metal ore under 2-3mm particle size. It has three types, single disk(diameter is 900mm), double disks(φ=576mm) and triangle disks (φ=600mm). The magnetic induction can reached 880-1440 thousand Ann/m. Among them, the double-disk type is more widely used. The main body of magnetic separator is composed of electronic magnetic iron and rotatable pendulum induction disk, the two of which presents "W" shape. The disk turns upside down as a gear disk, whose diameter is half the width of . The disk drives by worm gear and worm reduction drive. We can adjust the polar distances between disc and the electromagnets (the adjusting range 0-20 mm) through handwheel. For fear of blocking, we installed a weak magnetic polar in tubular ore feeder to discharge the strong magnetic ore in advance.
When foreign materials went into crushing cavity or machine overload, will start spring insurance system for safety. The mine discharging mouth will be larger, the foreign matter discharges from the crushing chamber. We can use clear chamber system if foreign materials stucked and let the foreigners out the crushing chamber. And then, under the action of the spring, mine discharging mouth automatically reset and the machine back to normal.
