Suggestions of coal gangue crushing process: 1. If the particle size is about
more than 40mm, we often choose for coarse crushing
together with
or other crushing equipment for tertairy crushing. And the crushing process is
commonly used in production line. For example, the crushing line in Beijing,
Shandong, Jilin, Liaoning and Heilongjiang and so forth. If particle size is
less than 40mm, coal gangue can directly be sent into tertariy crusher for
second stage crushing, turning two-stage crushing or three stage crushing into
one-stage or two-stage crushing. Thus not only save power,but also simplifies
the production processing. For example, Tonghua, Jilin Bureau of Mines Iron
Works of gangue material, most of the particle size below 30 mm; If gangue with
partical size below 2mm accounts for more than 20%, it is recommended the raw
materials should first get through , after which materials above screen go for coarse crushing and fine
crushing, and materials under screen directly go into the mixer before the aging
library. This method of shaker + coarse crushing + fine crushing process has two
advantages: First, improve the production capacity of the crushing equipment,
because the materials which passed through screen does not need to enter the
coarse crushing or fine crushing equipment; Secondly, the electricity is saved,
20 percent of the materials under screen does not need crushing, which means
crushing equipment can be reduced by 12 sets. It not only reduces investment in
equipment but also reduces power consumption significantly.
The physical
properties of coal gangue is essential to the selection of raw material grinding
equipment. The selection to crushing equipments should allow for the moisture
content, hardness and particle size. Some manufacturers use crushing machine
suitful for low moisture content materials to break the high moisture content of
the gangue; Or crushers suitful for high hardness materials be used for the low
hardness of the soft gangue; Or crushers whose model don't match to material
size. All of above are not proper for crushing materials and choosing
equipments.
The coal utilization plays a tremendous role in promoting
socio-economic, and also has significant impact on the environment. Gangue and
coal bed methane, the main waste generated by the coal development process, have
long been regarded as hazardous substances and severe gas. In terms of the
growing energy shortage situation, people gradually realized these wastes are
