Please try to register  "regsvr32 C:\Program Files\HP\LoadRunner\bin\outputuiproj1.ocx"

Thanks for your suggestion .. however this single command did not work, after registering outputuiproj1.ocx as,  we need to run outputwindow.reg  which I think earlier you had earlier mentioned in this msg but again deleted ..

So overall two steps

1. In cmd execute below line
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\HP\LoadRunner\bin\outputuiproj1.ocx"?
2. then run "OutputWindow.reg?" which is under \bin directory
