系统盘镜像中，两块镜像盘故障，需要重新安装操作系统。
收集原系统explore包，方便重装时对系统配置。

重新安装操作系统后，A5000盘阵中卷未导入到系统中。
使A5000盘阵卷重新导入系统的方法：修改/etc/lvm/md.cf文件，将重装系统前收集的explore包中相关信息加入md.cf（metastat -p的输出信息）
重启主机。
