秦先生最近收到一则短信，短信中称：有一种投资海外的基金，投资人只需每年投入50万元，20年后将有450万元回报，年均回报率高达45%。
根据秦先生提供的线索，《第一财经（微博)日报》记者找到了这家公司。
境外机构“暗战”上海滩
在位于延安东路与江苏路交界处的一栋高档写字楼内，这家公司装修甚是豪华。100平方米左右的办公场所内，共有40多名员工。他们中的大多数都是理财师，任务就是介绍客户购买他们推荐的高收益理财产品。
据这家公司一位理财师介绍，上述产品是一种定投产品，投资者每月投入一定金额资金。投入的资金将托付给一家瑞士金融机构，这家金融机构根据客户需求进行资产组合，分别用于投资全球不同的市场，以及不同领域，包括债券、股市、商品等。
根据这位理财师提供的数据，他们主推的产品一共四款。预计收益率最低的产品年均收益率不足10%，最高的则超过25%。
该理财师对记者表示，所有产品的预计收益率都是根据组合中各只产品历史上的平均收益率，再综合其在整个组合中所占权重进行测算得出的结果。虽然短期，比如三五年业绩会有一定波动，但长期来看，收益很稳定。
他同时表示，如果投资者认为某一时间不适合投资，也可以通知银行暂停从而获得存款利息。
但这位理财师表示，所有产品不保本。
如果投资者选择了他们的产品，需要先开一个上述瑞士金融机构的银行账户，将资金转到境外后打到这个新开账户上。然后这家瑞士金融机构再根据客户要求进行组合投资。
至于资产如何组合，这位理财师表示，他所在的第三方理财机构会给客户进行建议，客户可以根据他们的建议将资金分散投资。
据他介绍，已有数百家境外投资机构与上述瑞士金融机构签署合同，客户的资金就是委托给这数百家机构中的某几家进行管理。
根据这位理财师的介绍，他们是一家香港公司，在内地除从事房地产中介业务外，还从事第三方理财业务。
由于业务发展迅速，香港总部在半年前抽调多名经验丰富的香港理财师任职上海公司，重点开拓上海市场。接待记者的这位理财师正是这批香港理财师中的一位。
据了解，目前这家公司的客户，有每月定投几十万元的企业主，也有每月定投几千元的公司小白领。
投资境外暗含三大风险
沪上一独立第三方理财机构财富管理部总监对记者表示，这家香港机构其实是一家独立第三方理财机构。类似这样的机构在上海已经有很多。
据这位总监介绍，上述产品其实是目前市面上很常见的一种定投产品。从理论上说，分散投资、组合投资是有道理的，但并不意味着其中没有风险。相反，任何投资都有不确定性，真正通过投资赚钱的还是少部分人。“二八定律”在投资领域永远成立，即只有20%的人能够通过投资赚到钱。
他表示，投资上述产品，首先面对的一个风险就是需要将钱转移到境外。投资者将资本转移出境，便不再受境内法律保护，一旦发生风险，投资者索赔将面临很大的困难。
另外，收益率不确定也是风险之一。
9%~25%的预期年化收益率其实只是根据一个数学模型计算出的结果。虽然它是根据历史业绩进行的统计，但要达到这样的收益率，需要在未来仍然满足一系列的条件，只要有一个条件不满足，就有可能造成投资亏损。
但是实际操作中，宏观环境、资金管理人能力等都是影响模型的重要因素。
据这位财富管理部总监介绍，资产包转让在外资行业务中是个很平常的业务。比如一家公司A，它需要出售手中的一个优质资产，于是将它出售给另一家公司B，B根据这个资产风险和收益情况，将其进行拆分，并和自己手中的其他资产进行组合，形成多个资产包。而在其中的每一个资产包中，优质资产可能只是最初的购入资产的一部分，其他部分则是多个资质并不太突出的资产，甚至是亏损的资产组成。完成这一系列流转后，B公司将这些资产包重新定几个新名字，再转给公司C，B公司从C公司拿到转让手续费。
如此循环下去，最终卖到投资者手中的，就变成了一个个掺杂着各类参差不齐的资产组合。投资者根本无法一层层往上追溯，究竟是谁需要借这笔钱。
上述财富管理部总监建议投资者在购买这些产品前需要慎重考虑，首先购买产品是否合法，其次是否明确产品存在的风险因素。
