VMWare Conveter问题

使用VMware Converter Standalone迁移物理机时（本机或异机），系统提示：

        FAILED: Unable to format the volume mounted at 'D:

      检查日志，发现有这么一条：Error converting '新加卷' to UTF16.

      搜索知道，UTF16一般只有2个字节大小。因此‘新加卷’的长度太长了，在磁盘管理里面将卷标去除，然后重新执行converter，顺利通过。
