LVM故障(Couldn't find device with uuid"")

  近日，主机在断电重启后，1T的LVM空间无法挂载。现象如下：

  # pvscan
  Couldn't find device with uuid 'pQMQJ3-Rq3M-kQD9-M6DB-UWLi-Dyk4-3pWoa7'.
  Couldn't find device with uuid 'pQMQJ3-Rq3M-kQD9-M6DB-UWLi-Dyk4-3pWoa7'.

# vgscan

  Couldn't find device with uuid 'pQMQJ3-Rq3M-kQD9-M6DB-UWLi-Dyk4-3pWoa7'.
  Couldn't find all physical volumes for volume group milan.
  Couldn't find device with uuid 'pQMQJ3-Rq3M-kQD9-M6DB-UWLi-Dyk4-3pWoa7'.

  Volume group "milan" not found

# lvscan
  Couldn't find device with uuid 'pQMQJ3-Rq3M-kQD9-M6DB-UWLi-Dyk4-3pWoa7'.

检查存储后，无报错。且短电没涉及到存储，判断还是操作系统本身的问题。

解决步骤：

• 重载光纤网卡的module
• [root@test245 ~]# rmmod qla2300
  [root@test245 ~]# rmmod qla2xxx
• [root@test245 ~]# modprobe qla2xxx
  [root@test245 ~]# modprobe qla2300
• 通过pvscan，vgscan查看，“Couldn't find device with uuid”错误清除。但vg组依旧是not found状态。
•  重新激活vg组
• vgchange -a y /dev/vg0
• vgscan扫描vg组状态正常，重新挂载此lvm分区，成功！
