I:  What have you learned from the jobs you have had?
A:  I learned to be patient when customers have complaints and try my best to solve them.You know,Customer’s requirement will be changed frequently. In addition, I learned how to cooperate with my colleagues.Most important is that help each other and trust each other.
I:  Does your current employer know you are looking for another job?
A:  No, I haven't discussed my leaving plans with my current employer, but I am sure he will release me
I:  What is your impression of your present company?
A:  Very good.Human management,good climate.
I:  What would your current colleague say about you?
A:  dependable and hard worker,capable,have inovation.

A:  I have been a Production Manager.
I:  How many years have you worked as a Production Manager?
A:  1 years.
I:  Would you like to tell me something about your outstanding achievements?
A:  I improved a report that must run more than 1 hour,After address by me,it just only run 10 minutes around.Originally,the report downlowd from client-side,I change it from service-side.
I:  Wonderful. Then how many employers have you worked for?
A:  This is only.
I:  Then have you received any award at your present company?
A:  NO.there is no award system.
I:  How would you evaluate the company you are with？
A:  Although I could not say that everything is perfect there，I still very much appreciate that the company has given me chance into SAP area．
I:  How would your colleagues evaluate you?
A:  They would say I am a responsible friend and a capable colleague.
I:  Can you get recommendations from your present employers?
A:  NO,I can't.I don't like to interrupt him.
