How to use
The most common use for muscular wellness is an Epsom salt bath. This is adding at least two cups of salts to a warm bath and soaking for at least ten minutes. This is recommended for people who are involved in a strenuous or new exercise routine or after they've received a deep tissue massage.

Magnesium has also been proven to support heartbeat regularity and the immune system.
