不知道你会不会过完一天发现本来打算做的事还是没做完,很想老天给自己一天48小时,一分钟掰成两分钟用?其实大多数情况下并不是时间少,而是真正用来做
事的时间缩水了。复杂的咱不提,就三个小步骤,慢慢养成有效利用时间的习惯吧。
Step 1: Find a place to
sit without distractions. Think about what is important to you then get
your paper and pencil and make a list. This list should include things
that you would like to accomplish. Keep it short。
第一步:找一个不受干扰的
工作环境。用纸笔列出需要做的重要事情,这些必须包含你想要完成的任务。清单要尽量简短。
Step 2: Make a
realistic deadline. Put some time aside every day to work toward your
goal. It doesn't have to be much -- maybe only an hour. The important
thing is that for that hour you focus solely on completing your task,
nothing else should be on your mind. You'll be surprised at what you can
accomplish when you focus。
第二步:给自己定一个最后期限。每天留出一些时间为实现你的目标去努力,
不需要太长,只有1小时也可以。重要的一点在于,那一个小时里你要心无旁骛地完成任务。集中精力,你会对自己的成果感到惊讶。
Step 3: Don't be too hard on yourself. If you focus only on your
failures or tasks that you still need to accomplish, you'll get
overwhelmed and/or depressed and you'll never accomplish anything。
第三步:别对自己过于苛刻。如果你只看得到自己的过错和没做完的事情,你就很容易感到失望,以致完成不了任何事情。 (实习编辑:顾萍)
