Now he's getting ready to expand once more, this time into a full fledged jewelry store. Dorn attributes a lot of his success to his customers.

"We gain customer loyalty," said Dorn. "We gain a lot of referrals. We have a lot of people who are very loyal to us. And they tell all their friends and relatives that's one reason we're experiencing such growth in today's economy."
