原因：
Runtime errors are usually caused by a corrupted Windows registry ，显然是说注册表出问题了， 修复即可！
我的修复工具为：RegCureSetup_RW， 见上面
license：2E002-D1220-84B07-AAD07
点scan开始扫描注册表，然后fix errors即可。仿佛我的注册码有问题，可以找一个其他注册表修复工具修复即可！
还有由于我修改了vc机器的ip地址，造成连接不上，如图：
解决方法： 重启vmware converter服务，退出VCcenter重新登陆，如果还不行，重装vmware converter插件
问题即可解决！
