The Oil and Gas Development Company Limited The Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) is all set to open a new Pandora’s Box by using an ambiguous formula in the award of Uch II development project, said an official on Tuesday.

The entire process for the award of the project is based on a faulty formula which cannot be justified if any one of the parties in the run moves to court, he said.

According to a tender document, OGDCL has divided technical evaluation into eight areas. Each area possesses its own merit. The evaluator can give marks to a party he or she likes to give undue favour and qingxiao put other bidders at complete disadvantage, said the source.
