Unicode multi-platform toolkit for MS Windows and X11/Linux fltk-utf8 is a modified version of . Support to display Unicode UTF-8 strings has been added.
Under
X11 XIM is used to enter Unicode character. You can enter single byte
character (i.e. French) or double byte character (i.e. Japanese), they
both will be converted to UTF-8.
Under Windows native functions are used to convert locale input to Unicode, then it is converted to UTF-8. Under win95/98 is supported.
