False virus alert from Norman Antivirus January 3, 2007: The virus scanner "Norman Antivirus" with virus definitions from 3. January 2007 falsely reports a virus "W32/dialer.gen7" in Totalcmd.exe and deletes it. Unfortunately this is a bug in Norman - it probably reports this virus for all UPX-packed programs. All versions of TC seem to be affected. If you have this problem, you can right-click the Norman Icon and select "Internet Update". This should show an "Update 0103b". If you still have the problem, then you can use the of Total Commander. Please note that this installer contains just the new Totalcmd.exe, and not all the other files from the normal Total Commander installer.
