Downloaded GoogleSearch.cab just fine, but, when I run it, I get this error message:

Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions."

post #2 in that link. Then download the attached file:
cert_install_sp.zip. Then Unzip. Then run the included file on the
SMT5800: SP_AllowCertificateInstall.cab. This will resolve the issue. You don't need to use the included SDA unlock tool. Just load the cab file.

What i did was, connected my phone to my computer with the usb cable and est a connecting with active sync.
Installed Secutiry Configuration Manager from Microsoft
downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=7e92628c-d587-47e0-908b-09fee6ea517a&displaylang=en
I opened up the program and under Select Configuration, select Security Off. Then Click Provision
A tool.cab file will ask to be installed on your phone.
Now you should be able to install third party apps
