Prepare: make sure the PC and router are clean.
Basic Router configuration
Router(config)#hostname R1
R1(config)#no ip domain-lookup
R1(config)#line console 0
R1(config-line)#logging synchronous
R1(config)#username ciscosdm privilege 15 password 0 ciscosdm
Enable HTTP service:
Telnet and SSH authentication configuration(local):
IP address:
interface fastEthernet 0/0
ip add 192.168.10.1 255.255.255.0
no shut
Assign IP to PC and make a PING test:
Install SDM on the Host:
Until here: Some Error happened as follow!!!!!!!!!!! The SDM can't start!!!!
During the class, we installed firefox instead of IE to fix this out, No, We don't need to that! Just modify some security options will be fine!

Install SDM on the router:
