最近安装了一套11.2.0.3的RAC。更新完最新Bundle&PSU后，其中一台节点的数据库无法自动带起。alter日志中报错如下：

第一感觉是ASM磁盘的权限有问题，检查确认两个节点的ASM磁盘权限一致
通过grid用户使用as sysasm进入查询dg的状态都是mount，说明问题应该在database方面。
检查$ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle执行文件的权限。发现两个节点不一致
- 错误节点如下：

正常节点如下：

-rwsr-s--x 1 oracle asmadmin
显然是由于$ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle缺少asmadmin组权限导致。修改为正常后，重启crs后正常
