新建svnroot用户
然后将tar.gz包解压到/opt目录下。
解压后直接用svnroot用户启动csvn start即可
中间出现了超时的问题，
其实是没有设置代理
这个在README里有，内容如下
Optional. Configure proxy settings. CollabNet Subversion Edge need access to the internet to check for and install updates. If you need to go through a proxy to access the internet, then you can configure the proxy by editing the data/conf/csvn.conf file which was created by the previous step. Uncomment and edit the HTTP_PROXY variable to configure your proxy server.
设置data/conf/csvn.conf中的HTTP_PROXY
然后设置
chown root:atadm /opt/csvn/lib/httpd_bind/httpd_bind
chmod u+s /opt/csvn/lib/httpd_bind/httpd_bind
因为要开在80端口上。443端口是https用的
