enterprise manager无法连接到数据库实例

 

查看日志D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\becomdatap_bcmsed\sysman\log\emagent.log

 

发现如下错误

 

2008-03-20 21:33:14,250 [Orion Launcher] ERROR conn.ConnectionService verifyRepositoryEx.433 - Invalid Connection Pool. ERROR = Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
The Connection descriptor used by the client was:
(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=becomdatap)(PORT=1521)))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=bcmsed)))

 

 

 

检查em配置文件

D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\becomdatap_bcmsed\sysman\config\emoms.properties

发现oracle.sysman.eml.mntr.emdRepConnectDescriptor=(DESCRIPTION\=(ADDRESS_LIST\=(ADDRESS\=(PROTOCOL\=TCP)(HOST\=211.153.16.15)(PORT\=1521)))(CONNECT_DATA\=(SERVICE_NAME\=bcmsed)))
这个service_name 是bcmsedp 而用sqlplus 登录，show parameter service_name，发现service_name是bcmsedp。原因是我为了配置dataguard修改了db_unique_name，service_name和 db_unique_name相同，所以em也要修改相应的service_name=bcmsedp

然后执行emctl stop dbconsole

emctl start dbconsole

重新登录，ok
