Features

When you enter a phone message in Office Messenger, the application will pull all the applicable data from your Abacus database and automatically update the phone numbers, and a list all matters associated with the client.

Logging Phone Messages
There are many times when you'd like to keep track of the calls coming in and out of the office, even if they don't leave a message. Office Messenger has a log file you can use to keep track of these calls. All the users can have access to the log, and they will be able to see when other users update it. From the phone log, you can send a phone message to a user, you can view only todays calls, all the calls, and preview or print out the log.


You can use Actions messages to track follow ups. You can attach an action message to a phone message or send an action without the phone message.

Tracking Hours
Whenever you need to charge time as a result of a phone message, you can log the time into Office Messenger. Multiple users can log time for the same message and Office Messenger will track the total time and dates for you.


If you'd like to send messages throughout your staff, you can send a mail message to all within the system, or just a few people.


Office Messenger can send instant messages that will pop up on the screen of other users on your network.
