My career

My name is Edward,and I 'm 32 years old, this is my first time to face my job.

My career has gone through many phases of growth and diversification.Starting from website designer in 2001, IT technical support engineer in 2005，Technical support Manager in 2007,Director of Operations in 2008,then the project manager in liaoning mobile telecommunication company, the field of my career has now expanded to IT Service Management.

The Chinese telecom market has been characterized by fierce competition.As telecom is a technology driven industry where IT plays an important role in sustaining growth,the telecom companies are compelled to strengthen their IT Services Management(ITSM)framework in alignment with the telecom environment and its challenges. The challengers before the liaoning mobile telecommunication company are huge and a good ITSM framework is likely to enhance profit margins and provide a competitive over other service providers.So we launched a new project ,the objective of the new project is to pass the audit of ISO20000 and acquire the certification. I am the project manager ,this is a good chance to study ITSM.
