Problem: The policy could not be loaded.
Solutions:
1) You must clear the policy cache:
mgmtsv# cd /etc/opt/OV/share/conf/OpC/mgmt_sv/templates
mgmtsv# rm */*/*
2) You must clear any pending distributions:
mgmtsv$ rm /var/opt/OV/share/tmp/OpC/distrib/*
