The present continuous can be used to talk about plans or arrangements that have already been made.

Tomorrow we're taking a train from France to Italy.

We're spending two days in Rome.

On Saturday we're taking a boat from Italy to Greece.

We're staying in a small place just outside Athens.

Notice that although the form (to be + verb + -ing) is the same as the present continuous used to describe what someone is doing right now, the meaning is different. In each of the above sentences she suggests that the plan has already been made, perhaps the tickets already bought and the hotels or campsites already booked.
