在OSPF中,如果不同的AREA之间的ROUTER-ID冲突的话,只要不是ABR之间冲突,不牵扯到TYPE 4 TYPE5类型的话,那么是问题不大的。但是在ISIS中,如果SYSTEM ID冲突大多情况是不行的。

如果都运行在L1L2状态,那么R1 R2形成的是L2邻居关系,R2 R3形成的是L1L2邻居关。也就是R3的NET标识还是会通过L2邻居关系传播到R1,反之也是。因此在R1 R3上提示SYSTEM ID冲突

如果R3运行在L1状态,那么R3的NET不会传播到R1上去(R2会做转换,R1只能看到R2),因此不会冲突并能学习路由。即使把R1的路由渗透到R3上去也是可以的(R2掩盖掉了R1的信息)
