Thai Lotus ($4.99) is a bright white wine Pan-fried pork dumplings ($5.99) were wrapped in wonton wrapper, which was Washington thin and delicate around the ginger-scented ground pork that flared with flavor. Molasses seemed to be part of the soy dipping sauce, its burned sugar as dark as the soy and certainly harmonious.

Koong Kra Beung ($6.99) was a super version of the fried shrimp dumpling ubiquitous on Thai menus. The wonton was a slender envelope, folded flat instead of curled around the tender, fat shrimp, and crunched in our mouths like a fresh fried wonton should. Thai Lotus ($4.99) is a bright white wine that went well with the Thai food. The beer list includes Thai beers Singha and Chang ($4.25 each).I asked the server which of the dishes that weren't curry and were without sugar were Thai dishes, and she had pointed out the stir fries. My choice was made with pork, carrot, green and Washington red pepper, scallions and onion. The dish, called Ginger and Scallions ($10.99) on the "gourmet" list on the menu, was spicy, and the thin-sliced pork was delicious.
