Windows OVPA 通讯更改

由于OVPA在WINDOWS下没有启动脚本，只能通过setdatacomm来更改了：

Configuring Communication Mode for OV Performance Agent
 
OV Performance Agent supports both HTTP and RPC mode of
communication. To view the current mode, type Ovpacmd getdatacomm
 
To change the communication mode to RPC or HTTP, perform the following
steps:
1 Stop OVPA.
2 Run ovpacmd setdatacomm , where mode is one of the
following:
— HTTP - HTTP mode of communication
— RPC - RPC mode of communication
3 Start OVPA.
