Put windows sysprep files to correct folder in vCenter for windows customization.
[Where to get the sysprep file?]
Sysprep files are located in Windows ISO\SUPPORT\TOOLS\DEPLOY.CAB compress file.
Use winzip/winrar to uncompress deploy.cab.
[Where to put in vCenter?]
Put sysprep files to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\sysprep directory
