[What's the problem?]
When you add or remove cable in UCS system and check the ports in 6120 switches, you may find "FEX not configured" in the management system.
[What's the Solution?]
You should be able to get the IOM to respond by selecting equipment tab, expanding the chassis section, select Chassis[n], and then choose the "Acknowledge Chassis". This should clear the FEX not configured error assuming all cabling is correct.
