P561宕机处理

设备宕机到现场后液晶板显示11001C02，开关按钮不起作用，登陆192.168.2.147显示设备off状态，断电加电后启机，可以正常启动，errpt显示的报错有：

CEC hardware System resources deconfigured by system due to prior error event.

怀疑是cpu或者主板故障引起宕机。

次日到现场后主机又宕机，代码11001611 

断电加电主机无法启动，显示代码仍然是11001611 

经确认11001611对应的是P2-C3，对应lscfg的信息为A IBM DC-DC

申请备件39J2557,42R7629（P570）代替，更换之后正常。
