Mandriva发布了。 主要的新特性包括：默认桌面KDE 4.3，GNOME 2.28，OpenOffice.org 3.1.1，Mozilla Firefox 3.5，Linux Kernel 2.6.31，用Plymouth管理bootsplash，可在启动时执行kernel mode-setting（），VirtualBox 3.0.8，Phoronix Test Suite，Wine 1.1.32，X.Org 7.4，php-5.3RC2，Apache-2.2.14，mysql-5.1.40等。硬件兼容方面，新版能适用于多种上网本，可以通过安装task-moblin包启用Moblin界面，通过安装task-sugar包启用Sugar桌面。
