Add new APN in Settings -> Wireless & network -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names, then press Menu > New APN.

- Set MMS APN as default Click ridio button of MMS - Toogle DNS After set APN, open phone dailer, then press *#*#4636#*#* to open phone testing dialog, then press Phone information > Tootle DSN check to make the label on the right of button to be "0.0.0.0 allowed". - Reboot the phone If you still can't send mms, please reboot your device.
