bab11.5sp2备份domino数据库的问题

备份服务器和DOMINO服务器上分别安装好bab11.5主服务器端和客户端(包括for lotus domino agent),2台服务器都是windows2003系统,在备份NSF数据库时报错:E8602无法读取数据库,错误代码=无法创建文件.检查过for lotus domino agent配置都正确.网络和系统(包括CA的服务)都没问题

dbanotes.trc shows:
CDbanotesDBBUSess::BakHandler() - NSFBackupGetChangeInfoSize() failed
Reason: Backup terminated due to timeout. Error code=14352
Solution:
This is an IBM known issue.
All you need to do is to set BACKUP_NO_TIMEOUT=1 in Notes.ini.
