    公司有一台服务器安装的了rhel5系统，默认的内核是带xen的内核，正好有个交换机要调试，连接后发现串口设备无法工作。
    咨询服务器厂家客服后得到一下答复：
    产生原因：
    这是因为Xen会缺省将串口1 ttyS0看作是虚拟控制台，从而其他串口设备无法正常工作。
    解决方法：
    1、安装不带XEN支持的内核，串口使用恢复正常。
    2、按以下方法更改grub.conf 文件：

    使用修改过参数的内核项启动，使用minicom连接交换机，登陆调试一切正常。
